TEXAS
OFFSHORE FISHING |
|
NDBC - NWS Forecast
Texas Deep Sea fishing is not only thrilling but a mystery as well
you never know whats at the end of your line! Although we can do
species-specific fishing, such as Dorado, Kingfish, Wahoo, Snapper,
Amberjack, Cobia (Ling), Tuna and Shark, most times you will be
pleasantly surprised with what youve hooked up to!
Take a trip with Capt. Bucky and our professional staff on a 35 Bertram, one of the
finest sportfishing boats ever made. We have a full head, microwave
oven, XM Satellite Radio, and air conditioning. With a cruising speed
of 25 knots, we can get you to the action fast!
Our vessel has first class equipment and electronics. All safety
equipment meets or exceeds U.S. Coast Guard requirements.
Whether drift fishing, trolling, casting or still fishing; whether
using live or dead bait or artificial lures; whether fishing around
rigs, vessels or rip lines, offshore fishing in these warm Gulf
waters, you will find yourself having an adventure of a lifetime!
There are fishing cleaning facilities available for a nominal fee
(based on live weight). All you need to do is bring a cooler to carry
home your catch. The local restaurants will prepare YOUR fresh catch
to your specifications. And if you are staying for a while, many
places will freeze your catch for you while you are enjoying your stay
(see your boat captain for details).
Below is our general price guideline on our basic Offshore packages.
We can customize an all-inclusive package for you as well. Some of
these inclusions are listed at the bottom of the page. Please call for
pricing (since these are customizable based on your requirements).

If
you have never fished offshore before, and are afraid that you may
become seasick, here are some things to try:
-
Do not over drink or
over eat the night before your trip
-
If you plan on
taking Dramamine, or an equivalent, take it night before you go to
bed and in the morning when you wake up. Put patches on at night.
-
Bring mints,
crackers, and/or Gatorade. Ginger products help, too. If you are a
breakfast eater, eat a light meal. Do not bring bananas or milk
products.
-
Most importantly, do
not think about it! This is most helpful. Come aboard, relax and
enjoy the beauty of the sea, the thrill of the ride, and you will
enjoy the excitement of the catch!
