(Jack, Chris and Pete Friloux, Brent Carter, Robert and Joe
Cranshaw)
Jack received this offshore fishing trip for his Father's Day
present from his awesome wife, Jane. And what a gift it was! With
numerous thunderstorms in the area and getting off to a rather
late start, the 10 hours in the water was time well spent. King
and Spanish Mack, Cubera and Red Snapper made for an incredible
270 pounds! Outstanding! Happy Father's Day, Jack!!!

June 30, 2006 (SCC

They lost more than they landed, but anytime time anyone catches
Wahoo this size has done a most excellent job! Job well done!!!
Oh, and thank you for the terrific bbq utensils!

|
June 29, 2006 (Hal

June 26, 2006
(Novell Dalley, Dean Lloyd, Bill Williamson, Dick Danielson)
These charming gentleman came from Oklahoma and Iowa - some
farmers; some not. But one thing they all four do is fish! 150
pounds of Jack, Snapper and King prove that. Thank you for fishing
with us!

|
June 23, 2006
(Charley Armstrong, Jamie Fullerton, Chris Green, Johnny Maurice)
How cool is this! Charley, who has fished with us before, really
outdid himself this time. He reeled in this awesome Sailfish
(release unharmed, but not until it bit Capt. Bucky!) that weighed
an estimated 65 pounds. Wow! These guys also brought in Kingfish,
Snapper, Dolphin and Shark. Congratulations to all of these fine
anglers.

June 22, 2006
(John, Evan and Charles Paret)
This representative of the Texas Parks and Wildlife, along with
his sons, caught some good fish. Evan, who celebrated his 17th
birthday onboard (Happy Birthday!) braved the rough seas to be
part of bringing in these fish. A most excellent job for 3 guys!
Hope to see you again!

June 12, 2006 (Val'z Aluminum - Mario Leal, Zach May, Chuck
Dearing, Jason Schwarz
These anglers are from the Corpus Christi area. They build the k-tops,
biminis, leaning posts, etc. for the area bay and offshore guides!
They do an awesome job. The same can be said about their fishing
skills! They brought in limits of both King and Snapper! Great job!

June 11, 2006 (Rick Sr., Rick Jr., Gabriel, Javier, Ely and Joe
Ordonez)
These gentlemen caught these kingfish on a 5 hour trip. Looks good to
me! Hope to see you guys again for an even longer trip!
June 10, 2006 (Cory
Huck, Wayne Jackson, Rodney Myers, J. Johnson, Lee "Hi Mardi" Hall)
Take a look at this awesome 63# Ling!!!! Wow!!!!! It was way hot, the
seas were way flat, and they went way out, but what a great catch at
243 pounds! They also caught Triggerfish, Vermillion Snapper, Red
Snapper, Shark and King. They're already planning their next trip!!!
Hurry guys! FISH ON!!!!!!!!!

June 9, 2006 (Wilborn Steel)
3 boats later (2 bay and 1 offshore) this was the result of the
corporate outing for these fine anglers. Offshore total weight was
185# - a limit of Kingfish, a fine Mahi-mahi, a lone Blackfin Tuna,
Dog and Red Snapper, Grunt, and a gorgeous Queen Triggerfish! What a
day and what a catch! Bay (inshore) they caught lots of reds and lots
of specks! Thank you and enjoy the pictures!

June
8, 2006 (The Dinneans - Tim, Linda, Weston, Travis)
4 people at 4 hours of fishing can really do some good stuff! Limiting
out on King and Snapper, these anglers showed THEIR stuff!! Wonderful
job!!! Come back and stay longer!!!!!
June 7, 2006 (Tammy and Dean Sinclair; Steve, Laura, and Shelby
Simonds; Carina Riley)
Talk about a great catch!! 255 pounds worth of King, Red and Dog
Snapper, Triggerfish, Chicken Dolphin (Mahi-Mahi) and an awesome 40#
Barracuda!!! These anglers rocked!!!!!

June 6, 2006 (Don Dwight and friends)
These anglers pulled in these great king, shark, snapper and trigger
for a total of 90 pounds! Good job!!! (Hi, kids - they didn't go
fishing but wanted to be in the pic!!!!!)
June
4, 2006 (Scott and Josh Russell)
For 2 guys to catch 122#!!!!! What a deal!!!!! These guys
came from Midland, Texas (where we hunt deer!!!!) but
acclimated themselves to fishing offshore! With very warm
temps and flat seas (almost too flat!) they did themselves
proud! Thanks, guys and hope you come back soon!
June 3, 2006 (Sedalco 2nd Annual
Fishing Trip - Bud Howard, Dean Terry, Jon Ellis, Mike
McVey, Stefan and Kelvin Mullins)
Wow! What a trip! And these guys were definitely a
trip!!!! After starting the day with TWENTY FIVE TACOS
from the Grill (located inside Woody's Sport Center) -
they had fishing on their minds. Dean caught this huge 57#
King fish making him the winner of the day!!!! Jon caught
the first fish, Bud caught the second biggest fish, Jon
caught the 3rd biggest fish, Stefan caught 4 shark but
could only manage to get one in the boat and also claims
to have had a 60# wahoo just fall off his hook! Hah!
Kelvin caught the biggest cuda. And what a picture perfect
day - hot and the seas were flat. All of this added up
together equaled 267# of fish - making them the kings of
the docks!!!!!! Awesome!

June 2,
2006 (Sgt. Eddie and Gina)
Our Marine son and his gorgeous wife came in from
Arizona to spend their first wedding anniversary with us
and to see brother Billy graduate from high school! But
they certainly picked a lousy day for fishing! While
managing to avoid the lightening, they couldn't escape
the rain. It was their first time for offshore fishing
and what a great job they did! Of course no was at the
dock to see them!!! They had king, barricuda,
strawberry grouper, a jack, shark, a white grunt.
May
31, 2006 (Glen and Greg Bielski, Henry Bynum and Randy
Reynolds)
These area residents had quite a variety! They had
Trigger, Shark, Snapper, Strawberry Grouper, Kings, Ling,
and an Albacore Jack. They lost a very large Bull Shark
(that's who got the snapper, which even without it's head
weighed 10 pounds!), 2 big ling and 3 big kings. Thanks,
guys.
May
28, 2005
These two anglers had similar seas that our May 27 trip had,
but they were totally pleased with this catch! King and
snapper may for a good day of fishing! Congratulations,
gentlemen!
May 27, 2006 (Jim and Georgette Zlomke)
What a truly charming couple! Camera shy, too. They braved
high, swirly seas and strong winds and wound up wearing the
coffee!!! Which may explain why this very classy woman refused
to have her picture made ("I'm such a mess!!"). They did
however, catch king, some ling, and snapper. They plan on
coming back in September. Maybe then we can get a picture!!!
Thank you for being a truly class act.
May
20, 2006 (Woody's group)
These guys had a lot of fun - the fishing was a little tough,
but fun is half of it! Hope to see you again!
May 19, 2006 (AO Jets!!!! Their 2nd go round with us)
These guys fished with us last year (see May 22, 2005 fishing
report) but what a difference a year makes. The weather was not
near as perfect, and the seas were way up there. But they went
anyway and despite the fact that the guys were still feeling too
rough around the edges (NO PICTURES PLEASE) they did come away
with a few fish. We hope to see you under better conditions.
May 14 2006 (Trip
called on account of high winds and rough seas)
May
13, 2006 (the Bachelor party!!! Oh, la, la!!!!)
These guys were STILL partying when they came aboard ship! Needing
2 boats, these guys were clearly the winners of the day! They had a
dolphin, lots of snapper, kingfish and shark. Super catch and a
totally fun group!
May
6, 2006 (Mark Overcash, Darrell Johnson, Mike Porter, Bob Senn, Bon
McClenthen)
These guys had some rough weather to fish in. High seas, cool
weather and choppy waters, though, didn't keep the fish away. They
had limits of shark and snapper. We hope they come back again when
the weather is better!
May
5, 2006 (Chris Oppenheimer, Steve Fisher, Andy Brenk, Robert Hauser,
Brian Robinson, John Richard)
These guys brought in 180# of Snapper, Shark, Trigger fish, and a
huge Jack! They were king of the docks!!!!!! Great job, guys!

March 25, 2006 (Ron Richmond group)
The
fishing is typically good this time of year but the weather usually is
the key factor during the early days of spring. These anglers got
lucky, though! The seas were flat, the sky was blue and the fish were
biting!! Kingfish, Shark and AmberJack (AJ) rounded out this catch!
Good job!
March 17, 2006 (Ed Sherman and friends)
It don't get no better than this!!!! We went to the blue, saw the 'hoo,
and we conquered!!!! In a record, South Jetty Newspaper worthy day
these repeaters brought in 510 pounds of primo Wahoo. They kicked
butt. Ahhhh, it's great to be the hero.....for the day anyway!
Awesome, AWESOME job, folks

on Kingfish and then landed this really great shark making their catch
a whopping 245 pounds! Fin-tastic!!!!
March
3, 2006 (Jimmy and friends - Day 2)
This was a 12 hour today. They limited out on kings and then caught
and released 11 sharks. Not a bad day. Thanks, guys - we enjoyed it.
March
2, 2006 (Jimmy and friends)
What a fun bunch of guys. They limited out on kingfish very early in
the day, then came in early - gotta get ready for day 2!
February
25, 2006 (Andrew Bermea)
These guys had an incredible time the last Saturday of February. With
water temps in the low 70's, these anglers caught 40 Kingfish (but had
to release all but their limit), 5 Black Tip sharks (keep 1; released
4 more, including an 8'). They tore up those fish! Great job guys.
